Alidade & Co. (a company in formation in Dubai, UAE) builds AI assistants that help businesses answer and follow up customer enquiries. This note explains what we do with personal data on this website and in the services we run for our clients.
If you fill in the form on this site, we keep your name, company, email, optional WhatsApp number and message. We use them only to reply to your request. We don't sell them or use them for unrelated marketing, and we won't add you to WhatsApp marketing lists. Ask us at any time to delete them.
When we run an assistant for a business, the messages its customers send (for example on WhatsApp) are processed on that business's behalf and under its instructions, under a data-processing agreement in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. The data is stored on our own servers, used only to provide the service, kept no longer than needed, and never sold. Our assistants say they are an AI when asked, and hand over to a person on request.
We use carefully chosen providers to run the service, such as cloud hosting, the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and an AI model provider. They may process data only to deliver our service.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing salesdesk26@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
