The rules for using this website, our demos and the booking pages we run for businesses.

Last updated 24 October 2026. Alidade is a company in formation in the United Arab Emirates. Its registered name and licence number will be shown here once the licence is issued.

01About these terms

These terms apply when you visit alidadeandco.com, try a demo, book a discovery call with us, or use a booking page that Alidade runs for a business. By using them you accept these terms. Businesses that buy our services sign a separate service agreement and data processing agreement, which take priority over these terms for that business.

02Demo pages

Pages marked "demo" use fictional businesses and sample prices. Nothing booked on a demo page is real: no service is delivered, no money is taken and no message is sent.

03Booking with a business

• When you book on a business's booking page, your agreement for the service is with that business, not with Alidade. Alidade provides the technology.
• Prices, availability, deposits, cancellation and refund rules are set by the business and shown on its page before you confirm.
• Payments go through Ziina directly into the business's account. Refunds are handled by the business.
• You can change or cancel a booking from the link in your confirmation, within the business's stated notice period.

04Messages with AI assistants

Some businesses use Alidade assistants to answer messages. Answers are prepared from the business's own information. If anything matters to you, such as a price, a time or a policy, the confirmation from the business is what counts. Ask for a person at any time.

05Discovery calls

Discovery calls with Alidade are free and carry no obligation. We may contact you about the call by WhatsApp, phone or email.

06Fair use

Please don't misuse the site or booking pages: no false bookings, automated scraping, attempts to break security, or content that is unlawful or offensive. We may block access that harms the service or other users.

07Our content

The Alidade and Wazir names, logos, designs and software belong to Alidade. You may share links to our pages, but not copy our design or software.

08Liability

We work hard to keep the site and booking pages accurate and available, but we provide them "as is" and cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Alidade is not liable for indirect losses, or for a business's services, prices or decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
